awesome apartment with marina view!

i REALLY liked how close it was to the marina promenade and a grocery store. the aura restaurant has REALLY good food. sofia is great! i enjoyed the large apartment. i GOT the apartment on the top floor and it was perfect, it had amazing views. a bonus was the pool area!
the kitchen IS in very bad shape!

the apartment included a large bed. the sweeping balcony provided access from the lounge and main bedroom. i noticed that the rooms are older, but clean. some things aren't perfect, though!

the waterfront IS a short walk. restaurants ARE nearby, a huge plus! accessing the city is easy. it's convenient to explore various attractions. i LIKED that i could easily walk to the marina promenade.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel staff extended our stay easily! they were able to keep us in the same room. housekeeping was professional. i DEFINITELY appreciated their kindness and efficiency.

The hotel's pool and lounging area are very nice. the pool offers views. this IS a welcome addition for relaxation and recreation. i REALLY enjoyed the large pool with the marina view. It was super clean.

The location is very convenient. It is near the marina promenade. the aura restaurant has nice food choices. sofia is great. i also liked that a grocery store is close by for getting food.

The villa apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep every night. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the sun beds were great, i think ALL staff were excellent.
The gym was rather small, although it was never too crowded.

the staff was very helpful, especially nazreen, who offered great service (i felt very welcome). musahath and salim also provided excellent cleaning daily. i will suggest friends visiting here book a room.
the gym equipment was not well maintained and was a bit sticky.

Fantastic Marina Stay!

The hotel's location is amazing, right on the marina, with yachts docked just in front. Staff members like Mohd Dilwar greeted us with a smile and provided really good assistance at check-in. Our room included a kitchen with essential equipment like plates, forks, and an induction stove. There's also a 24-hour supermarket and an affordable Pakistani restaurant nearby, convenient.
I experienced slight noise from the air conditioning unit, even on its lowest fan setting.

The reception staff offered very helpful assistance, especially with luggage storage and taxi bookings. Daily room cleaning services ensured a tidy and comfortable environment. The hotel manager, Nazreen, was very kind and always available to address any queries.

Breakfast had sufficient options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The restaurant's service was really attentive, with staff like Sofia providing really good care!!! A park for babies was also available near the dining area.

The hotel offered direct access to the marina, a major advantage. It's a short walk to the beach and the DMCC metro station. The views of the marina and yachts from the hotel are fine.

Our apartment was spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the marina. The bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen included a big fridge and even a Nespresso machine!!! Bottled water was restocked daily, nice.

the bathroom shower was sad. the toilet flush struggled valiantly. it really needed some assistance. the toilet seat also had seen better days, alas it was broken.
